Who We Are
WELCOME
Kendall Kares Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization based in Georgia, established in April 2024 to address workforce development gaps in the auto appraisal industry. Our mission is to create accessible pathways into stable careers, promote economic mobility, and strengthen under-resourced communities across Georgia and the Southeast. The foundation was created in response to firsthand observations that many talented adults in the community face barriers to stable, living-wage careers due to lack of affordable training, unclear career pathways, and persistent myths about who belongs in technical fields.
Recognizing that traditional educational options were often too expensive, too long, or too rigid for adults seeking immediate employment, the founders set out to build a model that would meet people where they are.
From its inception, Kendall Kares Foundation has focused on closing this opportunity gap through hands-
on, industry-aligned training. The organization’s flagship initiative—the Collision Appraiser Program
(CAP)—offers a hybrid, accelerated curriculum delivered in partnership with local body shops and industry
professionals.
